The Mastering process is the last step of the music production and the project development.

Before you release your track, be sure that quality audio is superb.

Quality audio depends by multiple factors starting from the original quality of each sound of your library.

Sometime, even having good samples in the library, you might create effects that could add noise to the

original sound so you must pay attention to don’t exceed a specific range too much.

The experience helps to understand how to set effects and often you can’t apply any of them to a specific

sound. For example it appears evident when you try to apply an effect to a synth(Bass, Pad, whatever) and

you are not able to reduce the ridontant noise due to  delay or any chorus, reverb, etc.

When you notice something like that don’t spend any more time, change sound from the library or just forget that

effect and go ahead.

Make experience from your software(controller) to understand the Output of your Wav file.

Even if you follow the standard exported 44100 Mhz 16 Bit, it doesn’t mean that you will obtain a good audio quality.

That’s why Mastering is the essential final process that works to enhance your production.

It’s mandatory to owne a professional audio equipment otherwise you will not be able to work

properly on your track and you will not achieve the quality you wish.

If you did finish your track and you think that it’s ready to release, play it in different audio systems

like car stereo, home hi-fi, mobile phone, TV, bluetooth speaker and everything you find in your

environment even asking to friends.

If it sounds good every where, if you are able to listen all the sounds and effects, if the level is well balanced,

if there is no distorsion, if the bass is smooth and deep, maybe you did make a good job.

If you are not able to perform Mastering you might ask to several studio to make it for you.
